In the beginning, the temptation is to go full throttle, all-in! You're committed and you're determined to make it work! Now isn't the time for self doubt and caution - right? Not exactly. Our philosophy is more "Plan for the worst and hope for the best".
Temper your enthusiasm. Instead of signing a 3 year lease, look into a shorter term with a potentially higher rent. Or instead of purchasing the state-of-the-art everything, spend it where it counts. If there's a particular brand you want, go ahead and get it on the centerpiece, but compromise on something else. Try to buy with the capacity to grow in the future and adding to what you're getting over time.
